Excellent stay with great amenities

The staff were very friendly and gave useful sightseeing information at check-in. The location is good, with various shops and restaurants in the vicinity. A nearby metro station makes transportation super easy, but the city center is within reasonable walking distance. Breakfast was also excellent and a welcome start to each day.
The hotel is located one floor up, so it lacks a true hotel ambiance.

The personnel was very helpful, providing assistance with directions and recommendations. They addressed every question quickly. Check-in was efficient, taking only a few minutes, therefore allowing more time for settling. Clear instructions were provided upon arrival.

The breakfast spread offered fresh options. The communal dining room had lovely free snacks and drinks. There were cookies and beverages available throughout the day at no cost. This service contributed significantly to the overall value.

amazing find!
lovely staff diverse breakfast
The staff was lovely, i felt so welcomed. the breakfast selection was huge and really diverse. i especially liked the free coffee and tea all day. That's such a nice touch!
i could sometimes hear noise from other guests in the corridor late at night :(. it wasn't a major issue, but some earplugs helped!

this location is fantastic, it's close to the city center and provides easy access to public transportation links. gamla stan is only a short walk away, and you can also reach the royal palace quite easily, it is so central!

the twin room corridor was spacious and clean, and it really felt cozy. the shared bathrooms were also kept very clean, i was really impressed! i liked the room overall and it was quite relaxing.

breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options available, and i loved it. the availability of drinks and snacks throughout the day was a great bonus and really convenient! the breakfast room was also very comfortable and well-stocked.

great breakfast clean room lovely staff thin wall distant room sound isolation
the staff were lovely, and they provided directions. breakfast had many choices, it was great. the room was clean, i found it good.
The walls felt thin. Noise from outside was present. my room was a bit far from the reception. Several stairs are required to reach it. i wished for better sound isolation from other rooms.

The staff was helpful! they assisted with directions and local recommendations. breakfast had a nice variety, including fresh fruit and bread. It was a good start to the day.
The walls are thin. I could hear noises from the hallway. the room lacked sound insulation. It was a bit disruptive at times.
